Sales Manager in Eastern Europe
Formed in 2003, Multipanel UK is the only manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) in the UK. We are situated just outside of Dover, Kent and are 100% privately owned. We recruit the best talent in the industry and are on the lookout to expand our team across Europe.
What does the job involve?
Based in your home country, you will be responsible for selling the company's products, growing the turnover and profitability of the business and introduction of new products to the Sign & display and wide format print industry in assigned area. We will give you the support and tools to do the job, with the space and freedom to
truly shine.
Key responsibilities:
o Targeting, identifying and visiting distributors and large end users.
o Selling products to existing customers.
o Building business plans for growth.
o Building and maintaining positive relationships within your market of responsibility.
o Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month.
o Working with the system and report to the Sales Director
Skills we are looking for:
o Fluent in English language
o An additional advantage of the languages of Eastern Europe
o A minimum of two years’ sales experience within the sign and display industry
o Ability to work autonomously and motivate yourself as part of a team.
o Ability to set and deliver on targets and forecasting.
o Ability to understand the environment of manufacturer sales to distribution and what is essentially required to support our customers.
o Ability to introduce new products and extol their values and to back sell to final users through
our distribution partners.
